About the department
You will be working in a dynamic Business Support team with 12 other dedicated employees in Måløv. The department’s primary objective is to support OFP in developing and improving the infrastructure within the organisation. This is pursued via responsibilities ranging from data analysis, reporting, finance, EHS, lean and supply chain planning & development. In addition, the department drives and supports selected strategic projects across the area. The department’s key focus is to ensure effectiveness and efficiency in business processes, as well as monitoring performance and conducting business analysis to find initiatives that will help improve performance. You will be working in an organisation that is in ongoing development with plenty of opportunities to impact our processes. At the moment we are working on bringing our new product successfully to market and are expanding our production to include a site in the US.
The position
We are looking for a Business Analyst who is motivated by improving our business processes through solid analysis’ and likes to present complex issues in a clear and simple manner allowing management to make decisions on a solid foundation.
Together with your finance colleague you will:
- Ensure on-going improvement and development of our Management Reporting system to make it as simple as possible
- Identify cost drivers to ensure right focus to improve productivity and cost efficiency
- Create Business Cases and ad hoc analysis to support decision making and ensure right prioritisation
- Drive budget processes and month-/year-end closings
Qualifications
You hold a master’s degree within economics, finance, business administration, engineering and or other equivalent fields and have 5+ years hands-on experience within production finance and financial analysis. You are familiar with concepts such as standard costs, variances and production controlling. You are curious, have critical sense and can collaborate with all levels of the organisation. You have an analytical mindset, work in a structured way with focus on quality. You are fluent in written and oral English and Danish.
You like being part of a professional team, have a high energy level, take initiative and work with a high level of engagement. You are motivated by being challenged professionally to create the best results. Moreover, you have a flair for IT (SAP, MS-Excel and Power Point) and are numerate as well as an apt logical thinker. We expect the you to be service-minded, thrive in a busy environment and bring a can-do attitude.
