About the department
The Digital Accelerator is the home of the Outliers - a team of people who are wired differently. We are a team consisting of various profiles such as software developers, architects, data engineers, data scientist, UX/UI designers and agile coaches. We are anchored in Digital Innovation & Incubator in Global IT.
Our purpose is to drive cultural change through partnering with various business areas to accelerate digital innovation. We aim to do this by providing passionate people, new ways of working, and the technical foundation to help solve Novo Nordisk business challenges. To add most value, our people are 100% dedicated and co-located together with the product teams.

The job
In this position you will be the Lead Architect for one of our product teams, where you will explore various technology and solutions to deliver value to the users as well as the company.
We are looking for a hands-on architect/dev-lead who takes responsibility for the overall architecture. It is crucial to engage with the team and stakeholders to ensure sufficient knowledge about the domain, solution, environment and to communicate the right solution architecture to the team and stakeholders. The current solution contains a SPA web client implemented in Vue.js, backend API in .net core, SQL server for database storage and Flutter for mobile client. Knowledge and experience in these technologies are required for the job.
As we are pioneering the digital transformation of Novo Nordisk, we expect you to challenge and inspire the organization as well as take part in establishing a strong internal community to share knowledge and learnings.
Qualifications
We expect our new colleague to be a team player, curious, eager to learn and drive change.
Furthermore, you are comfortable with making opinions and taking decisions despite of being challenged and operating in a heavily regulated environment.
We are looking for a hands-on architect/dev-lead with experience from other roles like architect, lead-developer or full-stack developer. You have demonstrated your capabilities across C# and Vue.js/React environments and has experience with specifying, guiding and coding across.
Experience with or knowledge of mobile environments such as Flutter is a plus.
The ideal candidate has experience from a regulated environment e.g. Medtech or Fintech and is experienced in designing enterprise solutions with high standards for security, logging, scalability and reliability. Experience with Microsoft Azure PaaS and Serverless Services is needed for the design to be optimized for the cloud.
