At NORMAL, we are currently expanding our finance department and are looking for yet another finance assistant. As our finance assistant, you will become part of a team of 15 dedicated colleagues and you will play an important role for the future growth of the organisation. As an international organisation we wish to strengthen our relationship with the French part of the organisation as well as French business partners and suppliers.

During the next years, we will expand both in terms of new stores and new markets. Responsibilities and tasks
You will have your own areas of responsibility, but you will also be part of a culture where we help each other. Your tasks will include:
About you
You are openminded and positive, and you like working in a fast changing environment. You are a team player and have some years of experience with bookkeeping. You have good communication skills in English and French and you are familiar with Excel.

- Responsible for the collaboration with our French colleagues
- Control the payment flows, including making the payments
- Balance the cash differences and money transactions
- Register expenses, invoices and vouchers
- Follow up on creditors
