About the department

We provide management with quality assurance of key activities in the early research phases, as well as provide audit and management support to senior managers responsible for the more than 700 audits conducted annually. This includes performing audits, driving key activities across the audit process as well as initiating and delivering projects to optimize, simplify and digitalize key processes together with and across departments within Quality Audits and our stakeholders in Line of Business.

About the job

We offer an exciting and challenging position which will provide the right candidate a unique opportunity to impact and optimize the way we perform assurance activities in our global organization.

As our new business analyst, your responsibilities will be to drive and optimize risk assessment (for quality assurance activities, primarily in the internal value/supply chain) and manage projects to further develop and optimize key processes. You will interact, listen and support the business in creating innovative digital solutions and provide general management support to your key stakeholders for decision-making and communication.

In this role, you will be offered a great opportunity to obtain valuable insights into Novo Nordisk’s global assurance activities and business operations across the full value chain. You will have the possibility to further develop your risk management, technology, project management and communication skills as well as to build a strong network within our global organization.

Qualifications

You hold a relevant master’s degree in business administration, cand.merc, data science or similar. Ideally, you have a few years of practical experience, e.g. within consulting or project management. You have a digital mindset and a flair for leveraging data to solve meaningful problems. Being tech savvy while being comfortable handling stakeholders in different levels of the organization is key to succeed and shine in this position.

Experience in business intelligence and digitalization tools, e.g. Tableau, Alteryx or similar will be an advantage. The same goes for project experience working with SCRUM and having an agile approach.

You are also highly proactive, ambitious and structured, and you are motivated by interacting with stakeholders at all levels, functions, and geographical areas.

You are excellent at communicating complex issues in an easy-to-understand manner, both in person and in writing, and you speak and write English fluently. Lastly, you are a team player who likes a challenge.
