About the department
You will be part of a dynamic team developing and driving Financial Management in Device & Supply Chain Management. We are responsible for device and supply chain management across Product Supply including bringing new devices from Research & Development into production and to launch, efficient manufacturing of devices and needles and value chain optimization.
As part of a matrix organization, you will be supporting the organisation responsible for our Local Manufacturing sites located in Russia, Algeria and Iran as well as projects related to external contract manufacturers located in the surrounding regions. You will do this while also being part of D&S Finance and support across the team to help develop best-in-class solutions.

The job
As Finance Partner, you will be involved in a broad variety of activities related to Financial Management, e.g. Management reporting, Budget and Controlling on both investments (CAPEX) and operations OPEX, stakeholder alignment across functions and optimisation projects. You will continuously improve financial processes, and further strengthen the connection between business plans, activities and resources. You will be a key driver in bringing our financial processes to the next level and set the scene for further analysis to drive Value Creation. Additionally, you will be leading several initiatives related to our team processes and will spend much of your time close to your stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges.
Qualifications
You hold a background as MSc. Finance/Economics (cand.merc., cand.oecon., cand.polit or similar), and have a solid understanding of Financial Management backed with strong results and experience from a similar job. You like working with numbers, have excellent analytical skills, are an Excel and PowerPoint super-user and maybe you have experience with SAP. You work in a structured way and have a sharp eye for details. You can handle many tasks simultaneously, have a strong focus on quality and wants to deliver results. As a person you are ambitious, dedicated and a team-player. You have excellent communication skills and can easily interact with employees at all levels in the organization. Lastly, excellent English skills – written and oral – will be an advantage.
