The world is changing fast and so are we. We are continuously introducing new digital user experiences to the Novo Nordisk users across the globe and we need you to help the users adopt these!
The position
As our new organisational change manager, you will be trusted to drive user adoption of the Digital Workplace. You will be part of our agile setup and work in and together with global agile teams and other key stakeholders across Novo Nordisk.
You will be the driver of communication and branding around the Digital Workplace and you will be responsible for communication and adoption campaigns with end users on how to apply the different technologies and solutions. We trust you to structure the change management and adoption practice for the Digital Workplace to get most value for users for time spent.
In this role we expect you to be able to distinguish between nice to know and need to know information and know how to communicate both. On top you understand how to fullfill the needs of the many AND the few.
Qualifications
You can be newly graduated from a relevant master’s degree or have 1-3 years of experience within communication, branding, consultancy or any other area related to driving change.
You like using and exploring technologies tools and are ready for working in an environment constantly developing and changing.
You are outgoing and good at building relations, communicating and managing stakeholders on different organisational and technical competency levels, locally as well as globally.
Furthermore, you have a go-do attitude and don’t mind getting your fingers dirty, and are a persistent problem solver.
About the department
In Digital Workplace EMEA you will contribute to changing how Novo Nordisk Employees work, collaborate and communicate. You will be part of a team of 8 dedicated employees that all focus on driving the future of the digital workplace while ensuring stable operations. Together we are responsible for assuring Novo Nordisk have a well-functioning workplace which includes the right platforms, tools, devices and services. We are by one responsible for Microsoft 365 Platform, Novo Nordisk Meeting technologies, and the Computing and Mobile platforms and devices.
