As a Product Owner - IT Solution for External Warehouses at Novo Nordisk, you will:Act as the bridge between Line of Business flows and IT flows for the implementation of external warehouse operations, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with NN Supply Chain Quality standards Maintain the backlog of IT solution changes specific to external warehouse operation and prioritize them based on Line of Business needs and quality requirements. Take ownership of the IT solution's quality and robustness, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and NN's quality assurance processes in the context of external warehouse operations. Collaborate with production sites' Quality Assurance and IT Quality Assurance teams to align on quality standards and ensure compliance within the external warehouse environment. Lead and oversee the tender process by providing high-quality documentation of the IT solution for external warehouse. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of the IT solution for external warehouses, ensuring accuracy and relevance for ongoing maintenance and future enhancements. Qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:MSc, MBA, or similar graduate degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain, Software Engineering, Engineering, Computer Science). Proven experience in product ownership, IT solution management, or IT integration within a complex business environment, particularly related to external warehouse or supply chain operations within the areas of international manufacturing Strong understanding of quality standards, regulatory requirements, and compliance within the pharmaceutical or related industry, with specific experience in Supply Chain. 5+ years of practical experience in implementing and maintaining supply chain systems. Deep technical domain knowledge in SAP or other ERP systems, including SAP modules/add-ons such as SD processes (delivery, shipping), Material Management, Production planning (Process Orders), Warehouse management (WM), and IDoc configuration. Experience in maintaining high-quality documentation of IT solutions and managing their ongoing changes, specifically for external warehouse implementation. Strong general business understanding. Analytical mindset and structured way of working. Ability to handle complex data analyses and data risk mitigation. Furthermore, we are responsible for the storage of GDP products, including inbound and outbound distribution. We are a department of about 70 employees, divided into Shipping Operations, Quality & Compliance, Transport Control & Validation, and Warehouse Centre of Excellence (CoE).
