In the IT Process and Privacy department under Digital, Data & IT (DDIT), we are looking for two colleagues: a senior as well as an advanced Data Science and AI Process Manager, who is ready to try new challenges. Working as a Data Science and AI Process Manager in the IT Process and Privacy department involves: Being engaged with all aspects of the Data Science and AI process across Novo Nordisk. Prepare Standard Operating Procedures, Guidelines, Training Material and so forth Participate and lead process groups, focus groups etc. Driving process implementation initiatives and projects across the entire organisation Collaborating closely with key stakeholders across Novo Nordisk. Presenting at inspections, where relevant topics within your focus is brought up, and contributing to continuously improving the inspection setup in DDIT. Using your experience and skills to also help in other parts of the department and area, when relevant. The position is a process management position and NOT a position that entails actual data science - or AI analysis or programming.
Qualifications You hold a master’s degree in data science, computer science, engineering or similar. You have at least 7 years of experience within data science, AI, and/or compliance for the Senior position and at least 2 years for the Advanced Position. You are experienced in working within industries which are subject to regulatory requirements for Good Manufacturing Practice, Good Clinical Practice, Good Laboratory Practice or other GxP areas. You have experience in audits or inspections by regulatory authorities. You are a strong communicator, and you are fluent in spoken and written English. The ability to successfully interact with different stakeholders spanning from management, IT professionals to data scientists and the likes is key. The job involves navigating complex governance and policy structures and having many different activities going on simultaneously. This requires that you have the ability to structure and simplify complex matters, plan, prioritise, execute, and follow-up in a proactive and timely manner, while at the same time having a high degree of flexibility, independence, and drive in your personal profile.
