At our HQ in Humlebæk, you will join 14 colleagues in the Clinical Operations team in Global R&D. We plan and execute clinical investigations within our Chronic Care and Wound Care portfolio. At Coloplast, our clinical agenda is growing and with it the need for clinical evidence.

Ensure the optimal clinical investigations
As a clinical manager, you will drive and execute your own clinical investigations, becoming part of the whole process from start to finish. Our work often allows for more pragmatism and flexibility in comparison to traditional trials in the pharmaceutical industry.
To facilitate studies, you will collaborate and build great working relationships with relevant external health care professionals and hospital departments. Ultimately, your work will help provide some of the solutions doctors and nurses need to deliver the best possible care and treatment.
More specifically, you will:
You should expect approximately 20 travel days per year to monitor studies, visit hospitals and consult with medical staff both in Denmark and internationally.
Experience with clinical trials and strong stakeholder management skills
As you will drive your own projects, it is essential that you have a structured approach to your work and the ability to keep momentum going. Your good interpersonal skills help you to build relationships and collaborate effortlessly with internal and external partners.

More specifically, you will:
- Make clinical investigation plans and study related materials and prepare and oversee budget forecasts
- Obtain appropriate agreements with investigators – in collaboration with the Sourcing & Recruitment Manager – and ensure investigator qualification, selection and training
- Ensure approvals from health authorities and ethics committees
- Prepare, maintain and archive sponsor and investigator site files
- Plan and oversee the packaging of all study materials to maintain accountability throughout the investigation
- Monitor and coordinate field monitors as well as contract research organisations
You should expect approximately 20 travel days per year to monitor studies, visit hospitals and consult with medical staff both in Denmark and internationally.
Experience with clinical trials and strong stakeholder management skills
- You hold a degree within life sciences, applied sciences, nursing or similar
- You have some years’ experience with clinical investigations of medical devices or pharmaceuticals
- You are familiar with the guidelines and directives within clinical research
- You possess some project management proficiency and can stay on budget
- You are fluent in spoken and written English
As you will drive your own projects, it is essential that you have a structured approach to your work and the ability to keep momentum going. Your good interpersonal skills help you to build relationships and collaborate effortlessly with internal and external partners.
