Join the Device Design department
At our headquarters in Humlebæk, you will join R&D and our Device Design department as head of our Analysis & Sensors team. The team functions as a competency centre contributing specialist knowledge to development projects. Doing so, they provide their expertise within widespread areas such as production statistics, simulation, sensor development, measuring principles and design for manufacturing

Manage and develop your team
Taking on the responsibility of ensuring that the competencies needed are available within the team, you focus on continually honing the skills of each team member. Likewise, you will support the team in their work, guiding them in their efforts to achieve results by helping them understand what is needed in a project. Also, you will be in close contact with project managers to discuss ongoing and new projects to ensure that the required resources are available and properly allocated.
More specifically, your tasks include:

You are ready to lead a team of technical specialists, and you are known for your ability to see both your employee’s potential and their skills as well as how to best put them into play. Likewise, you know how to navigate in a matrix organisation, and as a team player to the bone, you set out to lead and inspire those around you by creating the best possible setting for them to do what they do best.

More specifically, your tasks include:
- Looking at the team’s deliveries and participating in project reviews
- Ensuring the continued development of team processes and maintaining a proper structure for the handling of resources for the various projects
- Making individual development plans for each team member
- Participating in the Devise Design management team alongside 4 other managers

- You have solid experience managing technical teams
- You have a technical educational background, such as an MSc in mechanics, physics or other engineering degree, enabling you to understand your team’s tasks
- You are one step ahead of the game if you have experience working with simulations and finite element analysis (FEA)
- You have experience working within a regulated industry, and experience with medical devices is a plus – but you could also have experience from the pharma, food or wind turbine industry
- You have experience working with high volume production
