The Transformation Manager New Supply Chain Platform leads the program management function for the implementation of the New Supply Chain Platform. The role holder develops, maintains and governs the implementation methodology, leads the implementation of the customers, owns the capability building and adoption in the Customer Program Management (CPM), Customer Implementation Management (CIM) and wider Customer Experience (CX) community at region/area level, plans the continued implementation roadmap as well as leads and gives direction to the team of implementation managers.
Key responsibilities
1. Methodology
• Create, develop and maintain the NSCP implementation methodology
• Co-develop overall change management methodology (with business change lead)
• Support the methodology with a practical and user-friendly toolbox that can be easily adopted by the program management, implementation management and customer service community for large, medium and small on-boarding projects
2. User feed-back
• Ensure Product, Technology and Customer Service teams are kept in the loop on implementation feed-back, successes and failures – ensure to cater for direct feedback where possible, minimize communication layers to avoid noise – both from internal and external users (consignees, shippers, suppliers)
• Provide input to the backlog owned by Product, Technology and Customer Service teams for the next releases
• Set up a way for the teams to measure adoption and compliance of the system and process as per design, in alignment with change management
3. Commercial and Customer Engagement
• Support and coach the Customer Program and Implementation Managers leading the customer implementations
• Be actively involved on the on-boarding journey for individual / assigned customers
• Engage with customers (both shippers and consignees) and internal commercial, product and sales stakeholders to ensure methodology is in line with customer/market expectations
• Complement the change management methodology with a commercial storyline to be used in customer pursuits
4. Growth
• Ensure the successful implementation lays the foundation for Supply Chain Management (SCM) growth (incl Flow, BKS and other products added on to the Platform)
• Take learnings from NSCP implementations to current, existing as well as new verticals, allowing for Gross Profit (GP) growth
We are looking for
• Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in logistics and supply chain management industry
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience
• Proven front-line experience dealing with customers on day-to-day basis
• Proven experience in large scale project management involving significant business change
• Advanced proficiency in project management tools including related systems/software
• Solid understanding of logistics and supply chain processes
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including experience with training others
• Passion, initiative and drive to continuously develop and work with creativity and innovation
• Result oriented and able to work independently as well as motivate a team
