Fleet Management & Technology is a function consisting of industry-leading specialist teams with strong cross-functional collaboration, both within our function and across Maersk. We are looking for a Senior Transformation Manager who helps driving and accelerate our strategic and operational projects, while also supporting the Fleet Management & Technology leadership team in defining future strategic priorities.
In this role, you will report directly to Maersk Chief Technical Officer and Head of Fleet Management & Technology. You will primarily be working on projects within Fleet Management & Technology (FMT) and you can make a difference through your work, especially for the environment and for our Seafarers.
The role also includes working on initiatives beyond the function providing great exposure to and the opportunity to work with several leaders and employees in different areas of Maersk. This collaboration, across FMT and the wider Maersk, will give you a thorough understanding of the core business of Maersk and open the door for future career opportunities in the company with the FMT leadership team being committed to seeing the role as an internal career acceleration platform with a clear intent to help you develop and grow into the next exciting position in Maersk
Fleet Management & Technology is a global team working from multiple locations with a majority based in Copenhagen, Hamburg, Manila, Mumbai and Singapore. The role we offer is based out of Copenhagen in a team, where we are dedicated, hard-working and taking care of each other.
You will be involved in all strategic initiatives in Fleet Management Technology and drive, support and deliver to ensure successful outcomes. This may include the full cycle from initial scoping and planning to solution design and implementation but can also be drafting a memo, a presentation or challenging an idea.
You will lead, facilitate and coordinate project activities, including stakeholder management.
You will be working with Senior Leaders as well as global teams at all levels. Bringing a change mindset and having the ability to build strong relationships and create followership are crucial skills to achieve success in this role.
You approach your work with curiosity, good spirit, through valuing people and believe in collaboration to drive innovation and results.
You are motivated by having to juggle various demands in an ambiguous and culturally versatile business environment.
You are a true team player and want to be part of a team that is excited about vessels, energy efficiency, people and safety.
It is natural for you to communicate both verbally and in writing, and you can change your style to influence a broad range of stakeholders, including senior leaders and employees.
You work in a structured way and have attention to detail, and you ensure that governance and reporting requirements are completed according to the specific project.
You have a strong top-tier strategy consulting toolbox and you have proved that you can lead and deliver projects that are varying in complexity (a strong performance track record is required).
You have strong problem-solving skills, are fast to produce and resourceful with a well-developed analytical strategic mindset
