We are currently looking for an Operations Quality Manager for Contract Logistics who owns to identify the relevant operational certifications (like ISO 9001) Maersk needs for their global contract logistics and drives the roadmap for the certification, and establishes a quality management infrastructure. The role partners closely with the Contract Logistics Continuous Improvement Teams, the Health & Safety and product compliance team.

You will be driving the Quality Management Vision and Roadmap towards recertification of our contract logistics operations globally. You are accountable for defining, in partnership with the continuous improvement team, the metrics to measure optimization performance, drives gap analysis and corrective actions.
Other key tasks:
• Identify the relevant certifications for our global contract logistics i.e. ISO 9001.
• Set the guardrails and involve the relevant teams required for the objective.
• Prepare and facilitate the regular strategic network review and updates to the management.
• Own the analysis of large data sets to identify optimization opportunities and to drive decisions.
• Pull and report data from numerous databases (using Excel, Access, SQL and/or other data management systems) and perform ad hoc reporting and analysis.
• Systematically escalate problems or variance in the information and data to the relevant owners and teams and follow through on the resolutions to ensure that they are delivered.
• Work across the global organization in a cross-functional environment, partners with cross-functional teams: Customers, Health & Safety, Product Compliance, CEN Product & Growth & Functional Operations, Regional & Area teams.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Research, Business Analytics, or a related field. You have 3+ years of expert knowledge in operational processes, quality management, ISO-9000, quality control plans and failure analysis or problem-solving methodologies.
you:
• 5+ years supply chain, logistics management, e-commerce and/or project management experience.
• 5+ years in quality management
• Six Sigma / Lean certification.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in deep diving operational metrics and problem-solving.
• Work experience in Project and Program Management.
• Ability to prepare, report and interpret large sets of data.
• 5+ years of experience with Excel (Pivot Tables, VLook) and SQL
• 5+ years of experience working with IT professionals.
• Strong proficiency to communicate and negotiate in English.
