The Email Product Manager is a senior Customer Experience role that has responsibility for the commercial development of our email channel for our Supply chain management business through needs identification, value proposition development, and delivery of the capability.
Email is a mature channel for Maersk, and it is a key channel to ensure a simple and relevant customer service for customer buying SCM as a product
The purpose of the role is to service our customers with greater accessibility and efficiency, in order to lift the Customer Experience.

Accountable for guiding the success of email for multicarrier team and directing the cross-functional team that is responsible for improving it. It is an important organizational role that sets the strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for phone. The accountability includes:
• Determines customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.
• Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements, appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes.
• Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.
• Assesses product market data by calling on customers with change community and evaluating results.
• Determines product commercialization by utilizing market research data; reviewing production and other costs and anticipating volume.
• Collaborates with stakeholder from both business and technology (including partners) to drive adoption and successful realization

You have a relevant degree (MBA preferred) combined with at least 6+ years of experience in a job in the industry.
You have demonstrated success defining excellent products.
Furthermore you:
• Have excellent written and verbal comms skills
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Excellent conflict management skills
• Have proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Are a consummate communicator and presenter
• Have (Backlog) prioritization skills to ensure we meet customers urgent needs as possible.
