We are looking for an energetic, commercially-oriented and well structured Business System Product Owner to join our Business Operations team in our Copenhagen office.
You will be the owner of one to two digital systems centered around our commercial processes & tracking automations, and will have stakeholders in several key functions of the business, in particular with our Business Development, Business Intelligence and Finance teams. Your first responsibility will be to gain full knowledge and understanding of the business and your stakeholder’s needs, before fully stepping into action on delivery value to them.

Several backgrounds and educations could be a great fit for this position, but you are someone who thrives when trying to understand complex problems, with no obvious agreement on a way forward. You embrace the importance of iterative development and have a good technical understanding of software development. You are curious, a life long learner who wants to best understand the knowledge domains you interact with, ideally, you bring experience from working with complex business systems and automating digital processes. Last, but not least, you enjoy collaborating with others, and have experience managing cross-functional projects.

- Communicate with key stakeholders to understand needs and translate requirements into user stories or technical requirements
- Prioritise requirements and manage the product backlog and roadmaps
- Ensure clear communication with the development team(s)

If you recognise yourself in most the below you might just be who we are looking for:
- You are a strong communicator, with ability to translate key insights and meaning across functions and you are fully comfortable with English as your working language
- Product management experience, especially related to Business Systems, preferrably with touchpoints to SaaS systems (Salesforce in particular would be an asset)
- Strong foundations of Agile project management. Ideally, you hold a Product Owner certification (eg: PSPO, CSPO or other)
- You know how to operate at a strategic level, especially when thinking about Business systems & automation, but you also know when to dive deep to keep the project on track
- You have demonstrated ability to take a project from ideation through to implementation
- A proactive, collaborative and inclusive working style
- Reflective, willing to question status-quo
