Applications are invited for a position as research assistant at the Department of Sports Science and Clinical Biomechanics to be filled as soon as possible and until 31 July 2023.
The Department of Sports Science and Clinical Biomechanics has a strong background in sports science with one focus being on human movement, learning and psychological and pedagogical aspects of sport and physical activity. The research assistant will be based in the Research Unit Learning & Talent in Sport (LETS), which aims to be recognized in Denmark and internationally as ‘the place to go’ for the latest innovative thinking and research, in talent development, pedagogy and entrepreneurship of human movement.
The successful applicant will be expected to work on two projects that will co-fund the position:
One project involves identifying potentials for innovation in the football industry and the other is an Erasmus project that aims to develop movement-based methods cards and a supporting framework for the content and use of movement-based methods. The partners in the Method Cards for Movement-based Interaction Design (MeCaMInD) project will explore how to make a navigable and actionable method card toolbox in the fields of interaction design and sport & movement. Focus is also on disseminating the insights of the toolbox to students and design professionals across disciplines.
The position involves lecturing in sport and innovation at the Bachelor and Master levels, respectively, and applicants must document teaching experience.
Administrative and other skills that are relevant to subject specialization and the tasks of the position will be expected as well as abilities in written and spoken Danish and English.

The successful applicant will be employed in accordance with the agreement between the Ministry of Finance and AC (the Danish Confederation of Professional Associations).

• A CV including lists of relevant personal data and formal qualifications
• Degree certificates (inclusive of a master's degree diploma)
• Documentation of teaching experience
• Documentation of other skills relevant to the subject specialization and the tasks of the position
