The world’s first design hotel, the one true home of Danish modernism and the only hotel ever designed by Arne Jacobsen is searching for a leader that understands what personality before process is all about. If this sounds like you then the role of Rooms Division Manager at the Radisson Collection Royal Hotel, Copenhagen is waiting for you!
Your role is to lead our Front Office and Housekeeping teams. This includes the responsibility for achieving guest satisfaction through managing and leading the Front Office operation, overseeing and participating in the prompt and courteous welcome and farewell of guests whilst creating an environment built on teamwork. It also includes responsibility for achieving the Front Office and Housekeeping budgets, and you therefore come with a great interest in and understanding of the financial aspects related to your disciplines. Furthermore, you will oversee the quality delivery process and ensure that all Radisson Collection Standards are in place.
This is a truly unique and exciting opportunity to join the iconic Radisson Collection Royal Hotel, Copenhagen. The hotel was built in 1960 as the first high-rise building in Copenhagen and the largest hotel in Scandinavia at that time. The hotel features unique architecture meticulously designed by the renowned Danish architect Arne Jacobsen, who designed every facet of the hotel – from its reflective façade to the spiral staircase and unique "Swan" and "Egg" chairs.

Job requirements and qualifications:
- We see that you have a minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position in a 4- or 5-star hotel with a proven track record in guest service excellence
- You are fluent in a Scandinavian language as well as in English; it is an advantage if you speak other languages as well
- You have a talent for motivating and engaging team members
- You have a proven record of accomplishment in maximizing Room Revenue and Guest Satisfaction
