Your mission as our new Senior Leadership Search Partner, is to attract business critical and senior leadership talent to Novo Nordisk globally and to ensure successor preparedness.

About the Department

Anchored in our Global People & Organisation, our close-knit and high-performing Senior Leadership Search (SLS) team consists of 8 dedicated professionals and is a key part of our wider Global Talent Attraction and Succession department. The SLS team is currently present in Denmark, US and India. We act as trusted advisors to our senior stakeholders, providing effective insight into the talent landscape globally and ensuring best in class recruitment process for both our hiring managers and our candidates.

The position

In your new role as SLS Partner, you will take full ownership of the strategy and execution of end-to-end search and candidate mapping assignments across all business areas globally. Your flawless delivery and attention to candidate and client experience will further raise SLS team’s reputation as a value-adding service to our senior stakeholders.

Through your identification, sourcing and selection activities you will create a high-calibre and diverse specialist and senior leader pipeline both within the company and within the external marketplace.

As you will be responsible for recruitments for business-critical specialists and key leadership roles, you will be expected to build productive and sustainable relations with our business leaders while delivering efficient recruitment support and skilfully influencing hiring decisions based on substantiated and fact-based advice.

Furthermore, given the global scope of the role you will have the opportunity to work closely together with colleagues from People & Organisation across Novo Nordisk globally and thereby ensure that the SLS team continues to deliver value-adding and consistent search support to our business leaders globally.

Finally, due to the global scope of the role it is possible to be based outside Denmark with daily office in one of our affiliates.

Qualifications

Your track record of successfully managing relations with global stakeholders is complemented by solid understanding of business and organisational complexity. You have experience from a similar in-house talent acquisition function in a global company and/or a tier 1 global executive search firm. You have an academic degree within HR or a related field. You have an inclusive style and ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. You welcome high levels of change and complexity and are well versed in adapting quickly to diverse cultural settings. You have solid presentation and communication skills both written and spoken. Finally, you have a strong moral compass and set of values, which you will not compromise on.
