Global Operations at GN Hearing employs more than 2,000 people across the world. Most of our employees are manufacturing workers located in our 3 largest production sites in US, Malaysia and China. But the organization also have 350 highly skilled people within areas such as engineering, supply chain, quality and procurement.
You will join the Global HR Business Partner team, located in Denmark, China and USA. We aim to support our global leaders, driving the leadership agenda and the overall company strategy with a strong focus on inclusion and diversity, talent development as well as leadership.
Full HR responsibility and ownership for all employees of Global Operations
As our new global HR Business Partner for global operations you will be part of the global management team and work closely with the business to support global leaders and management teams with their daily leadership challenges. You will get full HR ownership of Global Operations.
Acting as a trusted advisor to leaders and management in all people and organizational related topics and being the strategic and operational sparring partner, you will be the center point in various HR activities across the company. Specific tasks include:

Business focus and HR interest
With our work environment being international, fast-paced and demanding, your high work capacity and ability to keep an overview and work under pressure are crucial enablers in this role. As a solid communicator and with a fact-based mindset, you have a way of diplomatically and responsibly conveying your opinions.
While experience within HR is an advantage, we are open to other backgrounds. You may have extensive commercial and business experience from a previous role where you also gained a strong interest in and motivation for working with HR.

- Drive the global operation HR agenda and deploying all global people processes across the entire Global Operations organization
- Being the go-to person in all HR-related matters, e.g. when recruiting and developing talent, planning for succession, conducting organizational changes or planning workforce development
- Support and alignment with the local HR Management
- Supporting managers in executing development activities
- Anchoring global HR policies
- Actively coaching leaders on people and organizational issues

- Have experience with change management, psychometric tools, rewards as well as people development
- Have at least 10+ years’ experience from perhaps a HR Business Partner role in an international environment – or from another position where you have developed an interest in HR
- Have a degree in HR, Business Administration or similar
- Are fluent in English orally and in writing
- Can travel 10-20 days per year
