Your Responsibilities
You will support the Head of Compensation, Benefits & HR Operations with:
• Building compensation models in Excel
• Global HR analytics based on data from SuccessFactors
• Support the annual compensation cycle
• Assist local HR with submission of pay data to 3rd parties
You will join our Global HR team of 9 dedicated and experienced HR colleagues located at our headquarters in Ballerup categorized by a friendly and dynamic environment. As a student assistant you will work approximately 20 hours per week as agreed to align with your academic commitments.
A strong analytics mindset and master in Excel
To succeed in this position, it is essential that you are proficient in Excel and an interest in compensation and analytics. You are studying either your bachelor’s or master’s degree, e.g. HR, Economics or Finance. You are able to work independently and have an eye for details. You can translate complex data into readable overviews. You are structured, self-driven, responsible, team-oriented and collaborative. Moreover, you can work with sensitive data and confidential information. Since we are a global company, you will be involved in cross-cultural collaboration and you will join an international team. Consequently, you must be fluent in English and be able to communicate efficiently.
