We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner who can provide strategic HR support to our Senior Management. To succeed in this role, you have a strong background in business partnering at international level and you proactively liaise with multiple stakeholders to establish the best platform for people and organizational development.
Part of HR and Internal communication
As Senior HR Business Partner, you will be part of a team of dedicated HR professionals and report directly to Senior Vice President, Human Resources. A crucial part of the role will be to work closely with the Senior Management for Commercial Operations, Research & Development and Business Support. You will be a member of these management teams.
Ensuring that global HR initiatives are implemented globally in Commercial Operations, Research & Development and Business Support is key to succeed in the role, and that this is done in close collaboration with the regional HR functions.

The key areas of responsibility are
- Proactively identify relevant areas where HR can support and strengthen the business strategy for the three functional areas; Commercial Operations, R&D and Business Support
- Act as trusted advisor for the Executive Vice Presidents for the three functional areas in all HR related matters
- Ensure optimal execution of HR processes and support to Senior Management
- Work closely with HR Centers of Excellence and regional HR functions to ensure efficient delivery of annual HR processes and ad hoc HR projects
- Contribute to development and deployment of critical global HR deliverables – e.g. leadership development, performance management, talent management and succession planning
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as HR Business Partner in an international environment
- Master’s degree – e.g. cand.merc.
- Experience driving large change and transformation processes internationally
- Solid experience of deploying HR processes and services i.e. performance management, merit and bonus processes etc.
- Strong business acumen and used to work at both strategic, tactical and operational level
- Global mindset and cultural awareness
