To support the business growth even further, Faerch´s HR organisation wants to strengthen its capabilities with this newdirector position. You will be based in HQ in Holstebro and report directly to the Chief People Officer.
Key responsibilities
You are accountable for the development and implementation of market competitive and cost-effective programs enhancing employee retention and support attraction of top talents. You will lead, plan and develop global compensation and benefits programs/strategies. Your department is responsible for central HR processes and will among other elements plan, drive and deliver annual salary survey and review process across the group. The department´s responsibility also includes International Mobility and Legal/Compliance including GDPR reporting and analytics etc.
At the start, your department consists of one senior specialist focusing on HR operation. This includes delivery of basic HR support to the leaders at headquarter in Holstebro - employment contracts, legal aspects, analyzing and reporting, support recruitment process and on-boarding, preparing performance reviews, salary and bonus reviews etc.
Your background
The position requires prior experience with compensation and benefit programs preferably for a globally distributed workforce. Either you gained your insights within a company, a specialized auditor, advocacy groups or from a relevant consultancy business. You are ambitious and seek a new and more challenging opportunity. You are highly motivated by the managerial aspect and the opportunity to group your manager skills parallel with the growth of the organisation. You have a relevant education on minimum bachelor level. You have good networking and communication skills and create close professional relations. You are not afraid of taking the lead and are comfortable discussing issues on both top and middle management level. Your business acumen enables you to develop and present ideas and initiatives which are integrated, efficiently and strategy supportive. You are flexible in your shift from strategy to details and between operational and more project-oriented tasks.
