Then you might be our new HR Business Partner, who will play a central role as the responsible HR Business Partner at our site in Søborg.

Right now we are looking for a HR Business Partner with a proven track record from a well developed and implemented HR Business Partnering setup. You will join an organization and a HR department, that are on a transformational journey, and for the right candidate, this will be an exciting challenge and opportunity for making your mark, gaining further personal and professional development.

Role and Responsibility
As part of Termas HR Business Partnering team, you will have a role with real business impact. You will be HRBP site responsible at our Søborg site, meaning that you will be the HR go-to person when it comes to all HR Partnering at this great and new site. You will be the primary HR Partner for specific units mainly located in Søborg (e.g. some of our staff functions and part of our TEC/R&D organization) with the responsibility to ensure resolution and execution of tactical and operational HR tasks. You will also be responsible for specific HRBP related tasks covering mid-level managers in our commercial organization in close sparring and collaboration with the Senior HRBP for this area. In general, all responsibilities will be in a strong cooperation with other HR Business Partners and the rest of your great global HR colleagues.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • HR Business Partnering primarily for leaders and departments located in Søborg in Terma’s staff functions, TEC/R&D org and our commercial organization, covering all HR people pipeline activities
  • Act as an integrated, accepted and value-adding member of specific leadership teams across the functions, by delivering value in the development and implementation of the business strategy
  • Drive different HR yearly circle activities in your area of responsibility – e.g. the People Review process, the Organizational Review process, the Salary Review, TerMus etc.
  • Be responsible for the entire Recruitment process at selected positions from Director level and below, primary at the Søborg location – yet also for different locations (primary Lystrup)
  • Be responsible for planning and facilitation of leadership team development and possible key employee development in your area of responsibility
  • Be responsible for individual leadership sparring in your area of responsibility
  • Be the go-to-person on all HRBP related questions at the Søborg site – always working in close collaboration (on the distance) with other HR colleagues and providing general HR services, including HR legal advice

The position will be situated in Søborg, where your primary stakeholders are placed. Your direct Manager and nearest colleges from HR DK are placed at our head office I Lystrup, meaning that you must expect some ad-hoc travelling to Lystrup.

Desired Skills & Experience
You have a HR Business Partnering toolbox in place, having worked minimum 2-3 years at HR Partnering level. You know how to translate business objectives into high-performing HR Business Partnering behavior and results.

Besides being a skilled relationship builder, you are solution oriented with a high drive and a certain amount of robustness. You take responsibility and execute efficiently and effectively. Moreover, you can navigate in a complex stakeholder landscape and are not afraid of taking a stand and challenge the business – always in a constructive, humble way. You are a team player that exhibits a high degree of personal integrity, and who naturally take a shared responsibility in our HR Team. Continuously you strive to become even better through your deep self-insight. You are very independent and thrive in an environment with a lot of stakeholders outside of HR.

In addition to this, we expect you to have a:

  • Proven track-record from HR Partnering tasks or roles covering the activities scheduled above - preferably within international commercial and engineering organizations
  • Relevant academic background at BA level as a minimum combined with solid business know-how and strategic understanding
  • Concrete experience with both initiating and supporting organizational change and transformations –including a strong set of competences in organizational design and development, change management, communication, and stakeholder management
  • Strong HR Partnering toolbox - preferably DISC certification and Mercer IPE certification, and possibly coaching certification, employment law certification, HR Business Partnering courses
