Since 2019, our Prague team went from 0 to 100 colleagues, and now that we are part of itm8 group, we are excited to accelerate our growth even more! We plan to double in size during 2022 and that’s why we need your help with finding the right people to join us on board.
We are Danish IT services provider, so even though you will be based in Prague, and you will collaborate with our local leadership team, you can expect remote cooperation with our Danish colleagues daily. You will hire for wide variety of primarily technical positions and many different departments across the 11 companies we have under imt8 brand.
You will be joining very friendly and welcoming HR team of 5. You will report to Senior HR Manager and you will be sparring in recruitment with Recruitment Team Lead and 2 other recruiters in the team. Informal and open company culture is what defines us, our Prague team is very diverse - we have colleagues from 25+ different countries.

What will be your responsibilities?
- manage end-to-end recruitment process for range of IT positions of various seniority
- partner with our hiring managers, guide them through the recruitment process and design strategies for successful recruitments
- constantly work on building strong candidate pipeline
- ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the whole recruitment process
- participate on various HR projects (branding, onboarding, internal training etc.)
- collaborate across different departments and locations in the company
- handle administration related to recruitment and make full use of our ATS
- visit our offices in Denmark from time to time (travel approx. 10 days/ year)
What do you bring?
- you have min. 2 years of recruitment experience from internal HR
- you have proven track record of successful hires for IT or technical positions
- you are creative in coming up with ways how to attract talent and make them excited to come work with us
- you know how to be a true partner for your hiring managers – you go extra mile to provide the best support, but you also know when to challenge and offer alternative solution
- you are creative in finding ways how to attract talent and you are great sourcer
- you are fluent in English, Czech is an advantage
