You are the one to make this happen with attention from top management.
Create the framework, plan and lead the global roll out
Your overall objective is to design, implement and maintain one global, electronic GxP training solution to ensure right level of qualifications and in compliance with relevant guidelines and regulations. First you will get acquainted with the system capabilities and design the overall framework of the solution. You will focus on implementation in stages across the entire organisation. Across all parts of your tasks solid stakeholder management is of vital importance in order to succeed. As part of this you must know when to stand your ground and when to seek a good compromise.
Your primary tasks will be to:
Represent the GxP process owner and define the business process for a new global electronic GxP training solution Define and establish a governance model, templates and workflows Facilitate generation of training material (curriculas and learner roles) with the lines of business Define roles and mandate for the training content owners across business areas Develop training material for the system implementation Create and establish a “train the trainer program” Drive implementation of the new solution Sustain and continuously develop the GxP training framework and electronic solution Develop a generic GxP training toolbox including a QMS and GMP intro video for new employees
You have a close collaboration with the IT Project Manager that will focus on the overall project plan, budget and technology while you as business lead will ensure that the content and user interface reflect the needs in the business. You will be based at the LEO Pharma HQ in Ballerup, Greater Copenhagen with none or very limited travel activities.
Solid and broad experience within GxP training
We are looking for a positive GxP training expert. As such, you must be able to clearly communicate “why, what, who and when”, and you must thrive in a role where you are the one to drive things forward and to find solutions to the many challenges you will meet on the way. Additionally your CV comprises:
A university degree at Master’s level Experience with establishment of a GxP training system Ability to design, develop, implement and maintain effective training programs Basic knowledge of FDA and EU GxP requirements Project management experience Good IT and system understanding – you can make systems support humans
Document Management & Training – your new team
You will join 11 colleagues focusing on enabling LEO Pharma to comply with all relevant standards, requirements and the Quality Management System. We want to drive performance based on a deeply rooted GxP learning culture founded on the right systems, processes and tools.
