Praktik - Ballerup
GN Audio, a part of GN Group, has been on a tremendous growth journey for a while, and we envision this will continue. To become even better at recruitment and onboarding, we will conduct a study to reveal strong points that we can learn from, and weak points that we should avoid.
We are looking for two student assistants to perform this work under close supervision from a small steering group. You and your colleague are currently on your last study year, but on two different studies: One of you knows the methods in how to approach and interview people with an open mind (anthropology or alike), and the other one are more into HR/recruiting, onboarding and resource scaling processes (e.g. business administration).
We don’t expect you to know each other in advance, and we will recruit individually, but once recruited, you will work as a pair on 2 main tasks:
1. Study a bit on what parameters / aspects are generally considered important when talking fast scaling. What are other great companies doing?
2. Provide us with an unbiased perspective on ourselves:
We currently expect the task to take about 200 hours in total to split between you, and we expect you to work at least 10 hours per week on average (more if you can). Most of the interviews and some other tasks can be done from home during normal work hours via Teams. Other parts of the work requires you to be physically present at our head quarters in Ballerup.
To take this job, it’s important that you both are very out-going, extrovert and good at making people feel comfortable enough to open up. One of you need the anthropological toolbox to structure interviews around themes, and to be able to ”catch the butterflies” and deduct insights. One of you need to be able to see things in a business process perspective, because the recommendations need to be actionable for us. And both of you have to be good a cooperating. Everything will be in English.

- Structure the findings and insights from the interviews.
- Tell us what works, what doesn’t?
- Identify our bottlenecks in terms of processes and time spent.
