Join the HR team in GN where we make life sound better
GN is the leader in intelligent audio solutions, transforming lives through the power of sound. You will be joining our HR Operations team consisting of 7 dedicated and experienced HR specialists, who are supporting GN in Ballerup with all HR services within the employee lifecycle.
We are very attentive towards our stakeholders and have touch points across the entire company, where we both coordinate with management, our local departments and our leaders and employees in person.
We both have a permanent job opening as an HR Coordinator and a maternity cover that will have a duration until 30 November 2022.
Assist us in providing excellent service for GN Group in Denmark
As 1 of our 2 new HR Coordinators, you will carry out a variety of tasks to support our operational HR services towards GN in Ballerup.

Assist us in providing excellent service for GN Group in Denmark
As 1 of our 2 new HR Coordinators, you will carry out a variety of tasks to support our operational HR services towards GN in Ballerup.
You will:
- Support with the administrative part of on- and offboarding of employees. Including:
- Supporting employees and managers with all HR related queries that comes into our shared inbox
- Preparing Employment contracts and addendums and updating personnel records
- Setting up employees’ pension and health insurance at our pension portal
- Coordination and close collaboration with Payroll
- Ensure GDPR complies with both online- and hard copy documents
- Quality assurance of data in HR system
- Be the first point of contact for new hires
- Support the HR department with ad hoc tasks
- Support employees on a wide range of different benefits in Denmark
- Support employees and leaders with questions related to our HCMS “Workday”

- Have a relevant educational degree within e.g. HR or administration
- 3+ years of experience working with HR administration
- Experience with acting as a trusted advisor towards the business
- Have experience working in Workday, as this is our HCMS
- Are very structured, have a keen eye for small details and are good at noticing small but important things
- Have great analytic skills and a flair for service
- Thrive with administrative, and to some degree repetitive, tasks
- Have good communication skills in Danish and English in both speech and writing
- Are able to handle confidential and sensitive information
