Studiejob - Ballerup

Do you have a great interest for HR, and do you want a student job where you get the opportunity to link your theoretical knowledge of HR to practice? Do you have the courage to work in an international company where you can be challenged and where the work tasks are diverse? Then hurry up and tell us why you are the colleague we have been waiting for!

We are looking for inspiring inputs to our HR department, where you will be located at our office in Ballerup, but according to the Healthineers Way of Working philosophy, the job can be performed from a remote office, if preferred.

As a student assistant at Siemens Healthineers, you have the opportunity to give yourself a head start on your future career in HR by getting a solid foundation with a deep understanding of the HR work we do in an international company. If you want to seize opportunities for development and take on exciting challenges, you have colleagues who support you all the way.

At Siemens Healthineers, we stand with our customers everywhere to support them in providing high quality care to their patients. You will take your part in this through your daily work with colleagues in our zone, which consists of the Nordic and Baltic countries (NRB). You have daily contact with colleagues in other countries, which is an obvious opportunity to maintain and develop your English skills.

You will work closely with our Head of HR as well as our current student worker. In addition, we work closely with our HR team in the NRB, so you will gain experience working across countries to solve the larger and more comprehensive tasks involving the entire NRB zone.

Your tasks and responsibilities

You will be supporting our hiring managers with recruitment, where you will eventually be involved throughout the entire recruitment process when your support is needed. To begin with, it will include the following tasks:

  • Formulate job postings in collaboration with hiring manager.
  • Post vacancies on internal and external channels.
  • Invite candidates for interviews and book colleagues participating in the interview as well as room booking.
  • Collect information for the preparation of employment contract.

There will be many ad hoc tasks that you will be working on, including:

  • Gathering content for meetings, inviting for meetings etc.
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations.
  • Coordinating tasks across the NRB Zone.
  • Answer ongoing inquiries from colleagues with HR related questions.

You will also support our current student worker with NRB Onboarding meetings, which are held every quarter with new employees in our zone. Locally, we have an introductory meeting with new employees, which you in time will take over.

Over time, as you get more comfortable with your tasks as well as gain more knowledge, you will get more complex tasks that you can eventually help to define.

Your qualifications and experience

To qualify for the job, we expect you to:

  • Be in the process of a bachelor with HR relevance.
  • Have relevant knowledge and experience, which enables you to solve tasks independently.
  • Have strong IT knowledge, as you must work in our recruitment system, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
  • Previous experience with administrative tasks is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Your attributes and skills

  • High integrity, responsible and independent, as you to a large degree follow up on your own tasks.
  • You have great communication skills in Danish and English, both orally and in writing, as your role requires that you are good at conveying messages clearly.
  • Open and willing to take on tasks, and over time itself is able to prioritize your work tasks.
  • Structured and meets deadlines.
  • Service-minded and outgoing towards others.
  • In addition, it is extremely important that you show respect for data and confidential knowledge.
