Georg Jensen is looking for a part-time HR Assistant to join our Global HR team located at our beautiful HQ in Frederiksberg. You will work in the day-to-day HR Operations. The hours will be approx. 15-20 hours a week. You will report to the Senior Director, Human Resources.

The role
The position is a support function for the HR Consultant who manages all day-to-day aspects of HR, mostly for the Danish market, but also for Sweden, UK, and Germany. The criteria for success in this position will be the ability to thrive with administrative tasks, be able to work independently and work closely with both the HR Consultant and the Payroll Coordinator.

The ideal candidate has experience working in an office performing administrative tasks and/or has completed his/her first year of Bachelor studies, preferably from a business school such as CBS.

- Be responsible for tasks in an HR Monthly Calendar
- Answer inquiries from employees and managers in a shared Global HR Outlook Inbox
- Update various systems related to employee administration (HR, Pension and Parking)
- Administrative tasks related to onboarding, changes in conditions and offboarding
- Administrative tasks related to compensation and benefits
- GDPR updates in close collaboration with HR Consultant
- Access card administration
- Other ad-hoc tasks
Your Profile:
The ideal candidate has experience working in an office performing administrative tasks and/or has completed his/her first year of Bachelor studies, preferably from a business school such as CBS.
Competences:
- Being able to work systematically
- Self-driven within well-defined settings
- Excellent communication skills, good at sharing information in a timely manner
- Thrives working with administrative tasks in various systems (e.g., HR, Pension etc.)
- Is strong at analyzing data and has good excel skills
- Is methodical and good at finding solutions
- Excellent time management competencies
- Business proficiency in English and Danish, in both written and spoken language
