The Integration Management Office is a catalyst in transformation processes across the AP Moller – Maersk group. Our expertise is organizational integration projects that support the Integrator Vision. We are a high-performing and collaborative team and we work at a fast pace.

You will enter a project team with a variety of backgrounds, and with one common goal of delivering exceptional quality in integration projects.

You will spar with, learn from and contribute to the learning of the organizational units that we engage with. You will build experience and deep understanding of how our people, processes and customers are affected by change.

In this role you will work with a large portion of the business, supporting their priorities and safeguarding their focus through turbulent times. You will gain significant insight into stakeholder management at senior levels across our enterprise.

You will be at the forefront of transformation in our business, bringing to life the Vision in the most tangible way. You will (literally) change the way that international transportation works.

Key Responsibilities

Be the HR expert in the team to guide and deliver on range of HR topics pertaining to Contract Logistics business requirements. Develop an approach and plan that will align stakeholders and secure success of implementation of strategies and solutions emerging out of HR topics. Work with the Global HR teams, Project Management Office, Organizational Design and other workstreams in the project to bring the plan to life:

  • Facilitate alignment across key business/HR stakeholders on critical outcomes for HR topics – Talent Attraction & Acquisition strategy, Talent Development plans, Staffing principles, Reward principles, etc.
  • Own workstream charter for the project and closely collaborate with HR teams to deliver
  • Own and manage project and execution plan
  • Work across HR colleagues globally, Org design, Project Management (PMO), and other workstreams to ensure deliverables are closely connected
  • Ensure handover to the Business at the right time, preparing them for the time when the “project” is over.

Who we are looking for

  • Strong business understanding and focus on securing customer outcomes also during transformation

  • Strong HR professional seeking to get a global view and learn to work with global transformation programs

  • Ability to communicate and champion HR workstream approach and plan with stakeholders

  • Skilled in planning and execution / orchestration of complex HR processes
  • Intense collaboration mindset inside and outside the team

  • High level of resilience to work in an ambiguous environment.

  • Ability to move easily from macro to micro level

  • Solid grounding to handle rapid shifts, continuous fast pace, and high senior stakeholder expectations.
