The Integration Management Office is a catalyst in strategic transformation processes across the AP Moller – Maersk group. Our expertise is organizational integration projects that support the Integrator Vision. We are a high-performing and collaborative team and we work at a fast pace.

In this role you will work with a large portion of the business, supporting their priorities and safeguarding their focus through turbulent times. You will gain significant insight into stakeholder management at senior levels across our enterprise.

You will be at the forefront of transformation in our business, bringing to life the Vision in the most tangible way. You will change the way that international transportation work.

Key Responsibilities

As an IMO senior project/program manager, you will work with the different IMO workstream leads to ensure there is a solid path to project success meeting overall goals and requirements.

You will be setting structure from Initiation to Closing of the project and you will be the ‘tower of control’ for your peers in the IMO and the overall project.

You will work with a large and complex stakeholder map to ensure proper engagement is taking place.

You will make sure there is a sound business case and clarity on expected outcomes.

You will define and agree with the workstream leads on the relevant deliverables across the workstream.

You will estimate timescales and resources needed.

You will estimate, secure and track funding.

You will develop and monitor the project plan, managing proactively risks and issues.

You will ensure the business has the right support during ‘hypercare’/ post go live and close the project effectively.

Who we are looking for

  • Strong business understanding and focus on securing customer outcomes during transformation

  • Professional with sound experience on managing complex projects and programs, seeking to get a global view and work in global transformation programs

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and strong relationship building skills - proactive, inclusive, with good judgment, ready to challenge others in a firm and diplomatic way

  • Ability to lead others without authority, energise others and lead project team through uncertainty in initiation phase

  • Effectively manages dependencies – sees the large picture whilst paying attention to detail – able and ready to connect the dots for others

  • Learning agility & curiosity

  • Strong collaboration mindset

  • High energy & high level of resilience to work in an ambiguous environment and under pressure

  • Solid grounding to handle rapid shifts, continuous fast pace, and high senior stakeholder expectations.
