As a Recruitment Coordinator in our Global TA organization, you will be an integral member of our Global Recruiting Team. In this role, you will be a key partner in managing recruiting activities including, but not limited to, candidate experience, interview coordination, and hiring execution, as well as marketing and branding. To be successful in this role, you must have exceptional organizational skills, strong interpersonal/communication skills, both verbally and written, flexibility and a passion for building a top-notch organization.
Global TA team
Our expeditious growth in both the US and Copenhagen requires upscaling of our Talent Acquisition team. The responsibility of the global team will be to support our domestic TA teams, using the first 4-6 months to focus on our Seattle and Colorado sites, which will require flexible working hours. We anticipate to start building our pipeline for Copenhagen’s new expansion mid-2022. The global team is affiliated with our Copenhagen site in Søborg.
The role
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you are an integral part of HR and work closely with your Talent Acquisition colleagues on all recruitment-related areas.
Your primary responsibilities will focus on:
- Research the talent market and generate new strategies to attract top-tier candidates who are enthusiastic about our opportunities.
- Review applications and generate a pipeline of pre-qualified candidates as well as perform reference checks
- Advocate and practice a candidate-centric approach to recruiting top talent.
- Work with various recruitment reports and analyze data according to our metrics
- Support the Talent Acquisition Partners in projects and training, as well coordinate recruitment-related tasks
- Provide full administrative support to the Recruiting Team
- Input and track all approved requisitions into reporting systems; post jobs via the ATS and selected job boards
- Scheduling/coordinating the interview process inclusive of travel arrangements, team pre-brief and de-brief meetings
- Initiate and tracks background checks
- Update candidate profiles in the applicant tracking system
- Assisting with recruitment reporting/tracking recruiting activities
- Requisition Trackers/Smartsheet
- Employee Referral tracking
- Purchase Orders/temporary personnel new hires and terminations
This role is initially a 6-month temporary contract, but with a high probability of getting extending into a permanent full-time position.
Your profile:
Ideally, you possess knowledge of general recruitment processes and recruitment-related activities with at least 1- 2 years’ experience in a Recruitment Coordinator/Sourcer/Researcher role, or similar, preferably from a larger organization or recruitment agency.
An HR-related degree is not required for the role, as long as you are good at creating structure, working independently, and believe it is essential to get the details right.
Also, the following skills are essential in this role:
- Experience working with sourcing and attracting passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter
- Data-driven and have the strong ability to derive results & analyses based on available metrics
- Experience working and maintaining ATS
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Skilled in Excel
- Independent, fast learner, and with a passion for recruitment
You should be ready to work in a customer-focused setting, where we work together as one team to support the organization. We work in a fast-pace environment, so a willingness for change and proactivity is necessary. Please note that the position is full-time employment based in Copenhagen, hence you must reside in Denmark.
