Administrative HR Coordinator
Does structured and service minded sound like you? And would you like to be part of a highly engaged HR team with good colleagues, delivering a well-established service within the organization?
Then you might be our new Administrative HR Coordinator.
You will be working in our Danish headquarters in Smørum, just outside Copenhagen.
The position
As our new HR Coordinator, you will have the responsibility for general HR administrative tasks such as
• Updating the Employee Handbook and other guidelines
• Responsible for updating our HR portal on a SharePoint platform
• Handling different employee benefits and clubs
• Supporting the organization both via personal contact and occasionally through our HR mailboxes
• Secretariat for our AMO
• Administrating our company car leasing arrangement
• Coordinating different sorts of employee arrangements (e.g., Family Christmas Party)
• Monthly statistics on various HR figures
• Occasionally prepare contracts and contract addendums (from templates)
• Occasionally support our HR legal function in creating documents
• Support our payroll responsible with different tasks related to payroll, including handling our payroll mailbox from time to time
Furthermore, there will be ad hoc tasks, where you will be taking part in different projects, we are dealing with in HR. And on special occasions, you can be asked to relieve our colleagues in the reception.
Could it be you?
We expect that you…
• Like to work independent and structured with your tasks
• Have a proactive mindset
• Are open and positive in your communication with colleagues and customers of our HR functions
• Have experience with Microsoft Office – especially word and excel - and preferably also with Sharepoint
• Speak and write Danish and English on a high level
You can have an HR related education, or you can have an educational background as for example Office Assistant plus some years of work experience, and if it has been within HR administration it is of course an advantage. Knowledge in SuccessFactors is not mandatory but good to have. Experience with documenting processes would also be an advantage.
