Joining our team, you will be part of Demant’s international HR function at our HQ in Smørum. We are app. 40 people working to deliver an exciting array of HR deliverables to a wide portfolio of our companies in DK and abroad.

Our talent acquisition team consists of 10 people with different educational backgrounds and experience levels. We are responsible for hiring +350 new talents for the organization each year.

You can look forward to a very independent and self-governed position. You will get full, exclusive responsibility for your recruitment processes from a-z.

You conduct all first and second round interviews with relevant candidates and give psychometric test feedback.

The sky is the limit and we welcome initiative, dedication, and ideas for how to catch the big fish!

The maternity cover starts on December 1st 2021 and ends on September 1st 2022.

Excellent people and communication skills

To thrive and grow in this role, we hope that you have experience with talent acquisition, preferably from a recruitment agency. If you are certified in Saville’s Wave test, that is a big plus.

You are a superstar when it comes to stakeholder management and know by heart how to maneuver among candidates, hiring managers, and potential leads.
