People looking into setting up their business online quickly find that the existing solutions that provide them with a solid online presence are incredibly expensive to set up - not to mention difficult. It usually takes expert skills or agency knowledge to build and manage a website, something most smaller businesses don’t have or can’t afford. We think that’s a shame.
The solution? Give the power back to the business owner by providing them with a super easy and free website builder and making sure there are tons of integrative ways to get started with digital marketing. Simple, hassle-free, and affordable.
Cobiro is run by an amazingly talented team of developers, online marketers, and UX experts from all around the world (over 20 nationalities and counting).
We are to be found in two different locations: Copenhagen and Warsaw.
The Challenge
You will be joining a real startup: The Warsaw office was established in January 2020 and has seen tremendous growth. This growth has so far been enabled from Copenhagen, now we will add strengths to our recruitment efforts directly in Poland. In Warsaw you will find 12 employees (and counting), and the CTO.
You will be the first recruiter in Warsaw and join the Copenhagen HR & Recruitment team virtually. We will ensure a good onboarding process and have regular virtual team meetings.
You will be working with hiring tech-talent (mainly frontend and backend), ensuring the candidate experience is on point, and work through the recruitment process from A-Z: From phone screening to interviews, and preparing contracts. With the rest of your team you will make sure we hire the best talent, and you focus on quality hires.
You will be joining the team from Copenhagen, where you will find Luke, who is our experienced Talent Acquisition Manager, who will be your main point of contact during that time
What you bring:
Experience from Tech-Recruitment, knowledge of our Frontend or Backend technologies. We expect you to have around 2 years experience and the ability to work independently. Also, it doesn't hurt if you are a team player and are good at taking feedback, and are open for changes.
