LogPoint is experiencing rapid growth and is investing massively in the development of their modern Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) platform. LogPoint is successful all over Europe and has an established and growing presence in the US market. In this role, you will build and develop the foundation of LogPoint’s next-generation products in the cloud. You will develop critical solutions used daily by LogPoint’s customers and partners across the world and help shape the future composition, culture and practice of LogPoint’s newly established technology hub in Copenhagen.
You will be reporting to the Engineering Manager for Web Applications and be a part of the team, which will influence the vision and path forward for the team based on your experience and coaching skills.
- Leading, coaching and motivation of other engineers, relying on your experience and best practices
- Directly contribute to the code and the architectural roadmap
- Partnering and working collaboratively with stakeholders across Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams
- Communication with customers and partners
Professionally, you have an academic background in computer science or similar technical or scientific field. You have at least 5 years of experience in software development as well as at least 2 years as e.g. a Tech Lead or Principal Engineer. You have very strong experience across all aspects of modern web application development and a good knowledge of cloud-based web applications. Lastly, you have experience with and knowledge of Python, Node.js and JavaScript and their ecosystems. Experience with Java, Scala or other JVM languages is a plus.
