You will join our Global IT Projects department
As our new Project Manager for Global IT you will be part of a passionate team, which consists of 2 Change Management consultants and 10 Project Managers working out of the Nordic countries, UK, Germany and India. Ramboll’s Global IT Project department is responsible for Project Management, Internal Business Processes and Change Management. We have great company values, a strong collaboration culture and retain high employee satisfaction. We manage a project portfolio of up to 100 new projects per year encompassing both global and local projects which is a mix of business-driven and IT-based projects.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Plan new projects in close dialogue with business managers and IT stakeholders
- Execute projects with special focus on managing scope, driving progress and communicating with key stakeholders
- Contribute to continuous development of our processes and tools in IT Projects and Global IT
Your starting point for constant growth
From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. For this role, we believe your starting point is:
- Bachelor or Masters degree
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Min 4 years project management experience from IT-based business projects
- Full professional proficiency in English
- Relevant project management certifications (IPMA B/C, Prince2 P., MSP or similar)
- Ideally you have executed projects within at least two of the following areas application implementation, Networks & operations and IT Security
- Industry knowledge is an advantage but not a requirement
