As one of our employees has been given a new position in one of our other departments, we are now looking for a new technical support specialist for our headquarters in Billund.

Your primary tasks will be:

  • Communicate with domestic and foreign business partners by email or
  • Managing and troubleshooting hardware and software.
  • System data maintenance in CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, and SharePoint.
  • Identify and contact potential new business
  • Participate in the development of new products and
  • Various ad hoc

About you:

  • You have experience with helpdesk or customer support in English. For example, IT helpdesk, technical customer support etc.
  • You have experience with Windows and Linux operating systems and a good technical understanding.
  • You are responsible, structured, stable, and r
  • You are dedicated, open, outgoing and enjoy
  • You speak and write English at a high Danish language skills are a bonus, but not required.
  • Knowledge of the aviation industry is a plus, but not a Necessary training will be provided.
  • You must have a clean criminal This is due to our office being located on airport grounds.
  • Police approval for a permanent ID card to the airport will be required for the successful applicant.
