Do you want to be the IT “go-to-person”?
With a focus of being the IT “go-to-person” you will supervise and assist the employees at Demant with small and more advanced IT troubleshooting tasks on hardware and software/applications.

Do you want to be the IT “go-to-person”?
With a focus of being the IT “go-to-person” you will supervise and assist the employees at Demant with small and more advanced IT troubleshooting tasks on hardware and software/applications.
Operations
- 1st level support
- Ownership of requests – incidents & Requests belong to “Demant Ballerup Service Desk” Remedy group. Ensure sufficient information (category, priority, due date etc.).
- Deliver services according to approved IT processes, incident, request fulfilment, business critical, change, release management.
- Administrative tasks, such as user administration, grant access to server resources. Install, configure and maintenance new and existing PCs in the organization.
- Participate in IT Infrastructure projects, when needed.
- Maintain applications and services
- Print maintenance locally
- Provide introduction and user guides to employees.
- Contribute to deliver relevant information to the follow-up report.
- Responsible for handling all requests that belong to support group.
- Ensure sufficient information (category, priority, due date etc.)
Competencies
To be a success in your new position, we expect you to possess the following skills:

- Knowledge and skills in how to support an IT production site
- Technical & application insight
- ITIL process knowledge
- Troubleshoot approach
- Good communication skills

- Few years of experience in interaction and providing support to end users in production and wholesale companies.
- Training of (end) users
- Close collaboration with the production team, on-site
