About the department

You will be employed in the Communication and Public Affairs team at Novo Nordisk Kalundborg and will be allocated to one of our production facilities, the world’s largest insulin Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) production facility located in Kalundborg.

The position

This internship will take you to the shop floor of the world’s largest insulin production plant where your most important task will be to support the internal change communication and change management processes in the area via engaging communication initiatives no matter if it is sharing the weekly successes, producing a short video using a mobile phone or locating the good stories on shop floor. You will report to the Communication Partner of the facility and in close collaboration with the Communication Partner and the HR Business Partner you will work to support the Corporate Vice President, Department Managers and Associate Managers in setting direction for and engaging the 600 employees in the common strategies and goals.

  • Internship period: 6-8 months with
  • Working hours: 37 hours a week
  • Starting date: August or September 2019
  • Internships are remunerated, if your educational track allows
  • A Danish full-time work permit is required

Qualifications

We are looking for an Intern with specialisation and interest within strategic internal communication, change management communication, storytelling and coaching.

As a person you are outgoing, strong in building trustful relationships, open, informal and can see yourself thrive on the factory shop floor. You have a strong drive to work independently and at the same time you are not afraid to consult colleagues. You are able to understand and communicate complex information in easy terms in both Danish and English.
