Your mission…

As the Nordic Digital Communications Manager, you are the driving force behind fostering a deeper connection between the Active Cosmetics Division brands, Nordic consumers and the dermatological & medical communities. You have a strong knowledge across several priority acceleration areas, including influencer & advocacy governance, PR relationships & positioning, and consumer engagement opportunities across channels. You are on top of new & emerging trends in the digital landscape and can work to develop Active Cosmetics Division as digital first mover and a digital first division.

You will…

  • Develop the Nordic Communications strategy for the division, positioning the Active Cosmetics Division brands as the most loved and advocated dermatological skincare brands across the Nordics
  • Define all aspects of brand advocacy with relevant stakeholders (experts, influencers, journalists, dermatological & medical communities)
  • Be the main point of contact for influencer and advocacy governance for the Active Cosmetics Division to the Global Headquarter and the Nordic CMO
  • Own influencer and advocacy measurement tools, consolidate and track performance across the division and translating into action plans
  • Cascade and implement across all campaigns, partnerships, and activations alongside developing and run the division level PR activations, multi-brand eventing and report on rankings and performance
  • Identify the latest trends, emerging platforms and new PR/Communications opportunities to develop test & learn projects and ‘first-mover’ opportunities for the division
  • Support the Head of Digital on work processes connected to these primary areas
  • Support the digital strategy for the division across priority focus areas; Media, Websites, Search, Services, CRM & Data
  • Set, monitor, and elevate digital performance KPIs to all stakeholders across the division
  • Maintain understanding of the latest digital opportunities and trends to develop new initiatives and possibilities for the division, identifying test & learn projects to bring to fruition


You are…

  • +3 years of experience in communications, PR, digital or related areas
  • Experience in analyzing performance, developing insights to consistently improve performance
  • Strong competencies across core focus areas, PR, Communications, Influencer & Advocacy partnerships, Social Media Marketing
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong collaboration skills and can interact and spar with stakeholders across the organization
