Develop our Global Marketing Data & Tracking processes and activities
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst to our Global Marketing Analytics team with an ambitious mind, an inspiring positive attitude to enable us to define and develop the global standards for marketing data and tracking.
The role will be a vital pillar in shaping our tracking and campaign management standards across marketing activities and will be key in improving standards for attribution and optimization of data flows into reporting. This includes an exciting array of responsibilities:
As the Senior Marketing Analyst you will be responsible for setting the standards for marketing data management and tracking and develop your colleagues through training and coaching. That requires a good marketing understanding and a curious and analytical mindset.

You will join an effective and agile Global Marketing Analytics team with the purpose to ensure effective marketing reporting and analytics that provides insights, actions and optimizations.
In the team, we are guided by four core values: Trust, Team player, Innovation and Can-do-attitude. They are important to us, and you will experience them in everything we do.
The team is part of the Global Marketing team and we promote an open and inclusive way of working. You will be collaborating closely with around 40+ colleagues in Global as well as many local stakeholders across our 26 markets, why around 10-20 travel days per year can be expected.
Curious and data driven mindset
You may have a degree in IT or marketing, or you could have gained your knowledge in marketing performance, project management and process mapping through your work experience. Maybe you are currently in a similar role, or you could be in an agency, and think it could be fun to join the other side of the table.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong foundation in digital marketing, demonstrating proficiency in data management and tracking. With a well-developed toolbox and a high level of technical understanding, you can navigate data flows and devise system processes effectively.
Furthermore, you exhibit a robust end-to-end comprehension of consumer journeys, omnichannel campaign management, and data flows, extending seamlessly to reporting. Previous experience with MarTech, AdTech, or both is a prerequisite, showcasing the ability to understand platforms and their integration into reporting mechanisms.

- Responsible for defining and managing global standards for marketing data and end-to-end tracking.
- Responsible for ensuring that our tracking set-up and processes are effective and futureproof.
- Responsible for country alignment, training and for frequent follow up with countries - ensuring that data and tracking processes are effective.
As the Senior Marketing Analyst you will be responsible for setting the standards for marketing data management and tracking and develop your colleagues through training and coaching. That requires a good marketing understanding and a curious and analytical mindset.
