We are looking for a management consultant for our operations division leadership team responsible for the foundational IT platforms in bec. You will report directly to head of the division. You will assist in leading the area and drive the leadership’s team agenda and initiatives.
The position is a unique opportunity for you, who would like to take part in driving a major IT organization with more than 180 IT professionals in Poland and Denmark, business critical platforms and IT solutions for more than 20 banks in Denmark, and part of bec’s tech transformation.

- Facilitate the agenda for the leadership team, preparing and follow-up on management meetings, workshops, reviews, etc.
- Support the head of division in propelling good quality materials that the head of division must prepare for executive board meetings and board of directors meetings, etc.
- Help the leadership team drive the execution of transformational activities in cooperation with bec’s corporate strategy function.
- Coordinate with managers and employees in the various functions across bec to ensure progress on material preparation, timely deliveries, quality assurance etc.
- Produce decision-making drafts and clear-cut presentations for the head of division.
- Follow-up on implementing decisions related to the division’s responsibilities and areas.
- Provide support for the division, incl. insights, presentations, and general communication, recurring reporting.
- Follow-up and tracking of strategy execution

- Extensive project management and coordination skills
- Ability to build close collaboration with the division’s development directors and managers as well as other stakeholders
- Ability to organize and engage in both organizational and operational dialogues
- Being structured, detailed and independent working
- Execution-oriented and able to get the job done right
- Great PowerPoint skills where you can convert and present complexity in a simple and easy-understandable way
- Strong writing skills in Danish and English (grammatically profound, target-oriented, and clear)
- Strong at structuring and formulating management memos
- Thriving in a dynamic and high performance environment
