For our project, which is Northern Europe’s biggest construction project resulting in the longest immersed tunnel in the world, we are looking for a Piccoline/piccolo.
The broad and varied role offers a great opportunity for someone who thrives in making an office work like clockwork. You will be the 'go to' person when it comes to office support, administration & co-ordination.
The position offers an opportunity for you to make a positive impact on the business through your ability to efficiently manage and support office/team requirements.

It is a full-time position.
Place of work: Copenhagen and ad hoc missions to project site Rødbyhavn.

Main responsibilities (but not limited to)
- Resolve administrative tasks such as: purchasing office supplies, coffee, fruit, responsible for access cards
- Performs clerical duties, including, but not limited to, mailing and filing correspondence
- Sort and distribute incoming mail
- Arrange meetings by reserving meeting rooms
- Type correspondence, meeting notes and forms among other documents
- Assist with organizing events when necessary
- Conduct research and compile data
- Sign for delivered packages and distribute them to the appropriate recipient
About you
- Since you will meet a lot of people daily, it is important that you are outgoing and adaptable.
- you work independently and structured,
- are fluent in Danish in writing and speech
- have experience with Word, Excel and Outlook
- It is important that you have a driver's license
