Randstad IS LOOKING FOR A FINNISH-SPEAKING CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR
We are looking for a new Finnish-speaking employee for L'Oréal Denmark. The position is a temporary position until the end of December 2020. L'Oréal is a world leading organization within beauty products and with a mission to provide the best cosmetic innovation for women and men. For the position as a Customer Service Coordinator at L'Oréal, we are looking for a person with an outgoing personality and a proactive attitude. It is important that you are interested in working with high-end beauty products and are able to handle complex assignments and adapt to a fast-changing work environment.
KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
As our Customer Service Coordinator, your key responsibilities will be:
• Managing the order-to-cash process for assigned customers in Finland
• Coordinating all activities from order collection to customer invoicing and taking customer-specific needs into consideration
• Ensuring that the communication flow, externally and internally, is well established
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
• Taking on overall responsibility for customer service for assigned customers – mostly mail correspondence
• Acting as the product expert and offer guidance on the use of all products to customers
• Order collecting via email - order processing and invoicing
• Managing customer claims, returns and credit note processes
• Internal and external communication concerning customer-specific issues
• Building and ensuring great communication and collaboration within logistics, sales and other internal stakeholders
• Proposing and implementing actions to improve the service provided to customers and efficiency of work within the customer service
• Participating in Supply Chain projects
REQUIREMENTS
• Native language: Finnish + fluent in English, it is also required that you speak either Swedish or Danish
• Ability to plan and prioritize own work efficiently and always observing deadlines and service standards
• Work experience with customer service
• Previous experience with MS Office, Excel and preferably SAP
• Being a team player and having strong communication skills
• Ability to build good relationships and working efficiently with customers and internal contacts
