As the Business Supporter for Product Supply Site DK Management, you will be a key player in supporting the management team, consisting of 6 Directors and 1 SVP, covering a total of 350+ colleagues. The management team needs a profile who is self-driven with a strong flair for communication, to keep us connected. The role is a broad variety of administrative tasks combined with daily support to the management team.

As the Business Supporter for Product Supply Site DK Management, you will be a key player in supporting the management team, consisting of 6 Directors and 1 SVP, covering a total of 350+ colleagues. The management team needs a profile who is self-driven with a strong flair for communication, to keep us connected. The role is a broad variety of administrative tasks combined with daily support to the management team.
Fields of responsibility
- Provide day to day administrative support to Product Supply Site DK Management e.g. ordering of materials, booking of trips, schedule meetings and other administrative support.
- Create different forms of content to keep employees and relevant stakeholders informed about goals, challenges and daily news, e.g., publishing newsletters, e-mails, memos or updating bulletin boards plan, drive and follow up on communication for various organisational events.
- Manage local communication platforms and tools for digital communication.
- Organise departmental meetings, create content, minutes taking and follow-up on actions.
- Arrange team building activities and events.
Your qualifications
- Relevant administrative education, preferably within communication or a relevant scientific/technical background supplemented by relevant courses.
- Fluent in both Danish and English, written and spoken.
- You need excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills as well as the ability to capture the essence of both deeply technical discussion as well as more sensitive topics and transform this into communication content.
- Flair for administration and IT.
- Thriving in a dynamic environment with many stakeholders.
