Job Description
Danfoss Business System (DBS) is looking for a Procurement Expert to lead regional and global projects to reduce the cost in our supply chain. You will be part of our global More for Less (M4L) team within DBS which is a global organization within Danfoss that has continuously improved performance in Danfoss for more than 15 years.
The main focus of M4L is to optimize indirect cost in our factories and distribution channels by using a structured approach and standardized tools / processes. You will be working in a global environment with highly qualified and motivated colleagues. M4L is about challenging the current state, changing behaviors and driving impact. You will identify, plan, execute and communicate projects that have a significant impact on Danfoss’s ability to compete in an increasingly competitive global market. You will act as consultant and together with our Procurement organization obtain tangible results in terms of optimizing “Total Cost of Ownership”.
Your main responsibilities will be, but not limited to:
It is important that you have the flexibility and willingness to travel approximately 75% of the time within the designated region.
Background and skills
To be considered for this position, you have solid experience within Procurement or Supply Chain Management in a large or medium- sized organization. You hold a relevant Master’s Degree.
You have drivee for creating business impact with focus on implementation and always strive for better. You have a strong cultural awareness and are comfortable in coaching others.

- Analyze data and define targets
- Identify stakeholders and define communication plans
- Secure stakeholder buy-in and support as required
- Create implementation plans and drive execution
- Promote full transparency and coordination between affected organizations
- Ensure team goals are achieved.
