How to contribute to our vision
As our new Global Equipment Support Specialist you will be a part of a 3-person team who works closely together with the equipment design engineers (mechanically and automation), and your practical experience will be taken into consideration.
When the equipment is ordered, you will take responsibility for follow-up and ongoing communication with the supplier leading to the preliminary test (FAT), supervise the installation and the final test of the equipment (SAT).
Finally, you will formally hand over the equipment to the factory (ToC) after training and documentation.
Besides that, you will participate and drive optimization projects and other relevant ad hoc tasks on already existing production lines.
You can expect 40-50 travel days per year.
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.
The ideal candidate has a technical background – it could be Marine Engineer, Service Engineer, production technician or similar with 5-8 years practical experience from a production company. You preferably have technical insight within for example ventilation, electricals, automation, welding, equipment design or other technical areas.
In this role it is key that you understand the importance of a correct and adequate documentation.
You have strong communication and cooperation skills on all levels in an organization as well as excellent English skills both in writing and orally. Basic knowledge about SAP would be an advantage
