Are you looking for an exciting hands-on learning opportunity to supplement your studies? Join us as an intern in Novo Nordisk and get an opportunity to work alongside experienced colleagues from many different nationalities within various fields.

The working hours are flexible from min. 18 hours a week and max. 37 hours a week, enabling you to combine an internship with lectures at university and project work. It is an opportunity for a unique learning experience and a chance to turn theories into practice.

About the department

You will be part of a high-performing team that is committed to market and develop injection devices that ease the burden of living with diabetes and other chronic diseases. As a team, we give commercial direction to our research and development organization to ensure that we develop injection devices that meet the diverse needs of millions of patients. More importantly, we bring these device solutions to market by providing engaging value communication and thorough marketing strategies.

The position

You will support the Global Product Managers in the Device Strategy and Marketing team in day-to-day business processes and will also get the opportunity to drive own projects. Moreover, you will gain insights in the execution of global device strategies. Key tasks may include strategic analyses of the device franchise, developing marketing and training materials, update content on internal and external online platforms, develop and optimize internal department processes as well as support development of strategic documents. More importantly, we foster a culture where we encourage you to come up with new ideas that could be turned into projects.

• Internship period: 6 months up to 12 months
• Working hours: Flexible (min. 18 and max. 37 hours a week)
• Start date: August 1st 2020
• Internships are remunerated, if your educational track allows
• A Danish full-time work permit is required

Qualifications

We are looking for an intern with a passion for commercial strategy, marketing and communication. You must currently be enrolled and study for your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or another relevant field and you have a proven track record of successful achievements from either your education or previous positions.

We expect you to master English, verbally as well as in writing and that you have the skills to handle many different tasks as well as the sound personal judgment to make wise decisions. Furthermore, you are feeling comfortable to work with digital solutions.

As a person, you are outgoing with a strong personal drive and dedication. Your strong interpersonal skills assist you in creating trustful relations across professions and geography and you bring a healthy sense of humor to your work even when the pressure is on. We expect you to be service minded, that you thrive in a busy environment and that you are solution-oriented.
