E-Commerce Operations & Analytics Manager
The E-Commerce Operations & Analytics Manager is responsible for planning and managing all functions pertaining to the operations of the Direct to Consumer (DTC) business in Jabra, from an operational and system perspective. The candidate will essentially manage a mix of Demand & Supply Planning, Project Development, Logistics and Reporting.

The E-Commerce Operations & Analytics Manager is responsible for planning and managing all functions pertaining to the operations of the Direct to Consumer (DTC) business in Jabra, from an operational and system perspective. The candidate will essentially manage a mix of Demand & Supply Planning, Project Development, Logistics and Reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Primary relationship owner within DTC team including towards Planning, IT, Supply Chain, DTC Operations and Customer Service departments
- Act as project lead on operational initiatives with regards, for example, to online expansion into new countries, with new implementations of marketplaces or to increase conversion and improve the overall customer experience.
- Partner with customer service to insure proper information flow throughout the order to fulfillment to delivery process.
- Partner with Finance team to ensure DTC P&L is properly tracked and managed, owning the on budget delivery of key components of P&L (e.g., shipping and handling costs, inventory carrying costs, logistics costs, etc.), in conjunction with DTC organization leadership.
- Partner with DTC team to create proper inventory forecasts and monitor inventory levels at all warehouses.
- Ensure orders smoothly flow through all systems from order through to delivery, resolving any problematic or quarantined orders (including potential returns and refunds) efficiently to avoid customer delays.
- Continuously optimize and improve the performance of the DTC systems and operations from order receipt through to fulfillment and delivery (including new operational processes like optimizing shipping options, engraving, gift wrapping etc.).
- Deliver performance reviews and enhancement plans, in conjunction with DTC leadership, on an ongoing basis.
- Work with business and IT teams to help develop test cases for all major and minor releases and to work with the Ops team to ensure proper UAT, documentation, bug tickets and retesting bug fixes to make sure all are appropriately executed for flawless launches.
- Produce summary views of critical metrics and inhibitors in executive-level dashboards and reports; develop expertise on retention progress
- Document measurable impact of changes, and build success stories to share; consolidate standard methodologies to share across teams
Preferred Education/Experience:
- Education at Bachelor level within Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, Finance, or other degree with relevant work experience. MA or MBA preferred
- 5 - 10 years of experience generally required
- Experience managing small to medium size team preferred
- Expert Excel skills mandatory
- Advanced project management skills
- Exposure to business intelligence software is essential, such as Qlik, Tableau, Point of Sales etc.
- Experience with IT systems involved in DTC business, inventory management, fulfilment, customer service, and use of ordering systems, reporting tools
- Leadership and managerial experience preferred
- In-depth knowledge of direct-to-consumer business models and the related planning, order management, fulfilment, and customer service activities required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet multiple deadlines across a variety of ongoing projects
- Ability to build, maintain and manage a diverse range of complex business relationships
- In-depth analytical experience with the ability to think strategically while remaining execution-oriented
